Croft International Partners Ltd. (CIPL) provides Corporate Advisory Services to early stage and emerging companies across a variety of sectors. Clients come from a range of disparate sectors and geographies. Our clients are usually seeking corporate advice on fund raising and/or corporate restructuring including IPOs.

A key service since 2004 has been advice on admissions to the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange including IPO Planning, Structuring, Packaging and Management. CIPL has regular contact with UK Investment Groups, Alternative Asset Managers, Investment Bankers, Brokers, NOMADs and Private Equity Fund Managers predominately headquartered in London. CIPL also works with a number of London based Legal Advisors, Reporting Accountants and PR firms on behalf of clients.

Additionally CIPL has worked with a number of early stage companies and assisted them to develop effective growth strategies and trade sales.
